Logistics Transportation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Specialist to coordinate inbound appointments and manage last-mile delivery execution with warehouses, carriers (UPS/FedEx), and service providers (AMXL/CEVA). The role focuses on tracking performance, resolving delivery exceptions (e.g., delays/lost shipments), and maintaining basic transportation reporting; Mandarin/English bilingual proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with warehouses to schedule inbound appointments and ensure smooth receiving operations;
• Manage last-mile delivery execution through carriers such as UPS and FedEx, including tracking and follow-up;
• Work with providers such as AMXL and CEVA to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time execution;
• Monitor last-mile performance and resolve delivery exceptions, including delays and lost shipments, driving issues to closure;
• Maintain, record, and analyze transportation data to evaluate efficiency and service quality, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or above; degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field preferred;
• Familiarity with courier and trucking delivery processes; prior experience with UPS, FedEx, AMXL, and/or CEVA preferred;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally;
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required (both spoken and written).

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
