Eclipse Stores Inc. is a growing women’s clothing retailer with 80+ stores across Canada. We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our team in St. Vital Centre.

What You’ll Do:

Provide exceptional customer experience.
Drive team energy to hit and exceed goals.
Support and train sales associates.
Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash.
Receive merchandise shipments.
Maintain inventory and visual standards.

1+ year of retail experience.
Great leadership and team-building skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
