Love video games? Or just helping people have a great experience? PNP Games is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, communication, problem-solving, and structured work, with enough variety to keep things interesting.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting wage is $18.00/hour, increasing to $19.00/hour after 3 months and $19.50/hour after 1 year, along with a benefits package. Team members participate in a rotating schedule for remote weekend email coverage and can access overtime opportunities during the winter holiday season.

Duties

Respond to customer emails within set timelines across multiple online marketplaces
Manage order-related requests, including returns, refunds, cancellations, shipping issues, holds, splits, and warranty inquiries
Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems, including pricing, product descriptions, images, and marketplace details
Support special tasks and projects from other departments as needed
Requirements

Excellent written communication skills
Close attention to detail and comfort with routine tasks
Organized, dependable, and able to follow established processes
Strong typing skills and comfortable working on a computer for most of the day
Customer service, data entry, or e‑commerce experience is an asset (training provided)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
