Senior Marketing Specialist - Condo Projects

Pinnacle International is one of Canada’s leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial developments. Based in Vancouver, BC, Pinnacle has been involved in the development, design, construction and management of our projects for over three decades. Pinnacle’s projects have contributed to the development of communities, and enriched these neighborhoods through complementary architectural expressions.

We are looking for a Real Estate Marketing Specialist who is experienced in project marketing from beginning to end re: planning to launching the condo project.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing strategies (website, ads, digital campaigns, brochures, etc.)
Run campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and engage buyers
Organize events such as open houses and project launches
Maintain price lists, sales reports, and all sales-related documents
Keep inventory of available and sold units up to date
Manage purchaser selections and upgrades, including payments and coordination with construction
Coordinate sales closings, walkthroughs, and completion processes
Set up and maintain sales centers and model homes
Manage and track marketing budgets
Monitor and improve marketing campaign performance
Build and maintain relationships with agents, consultants, and vendors
Stay informed on market trends and competitors
Prepare disclosure statements and related documents
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in condo project marketing (from planning to launch)
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or Photoshop
Excellent time, project management, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
