About the Role
We’re currently seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Account Manager to service Northern and Southern Vancouver Island, including Salt Spring Island. You will be our on-the-ground ambassador, developing strong relationships and driving specifications through architectural and design firms, design-build companies, custom home builders, and a select group of dealers.

Your Mission:
To connect, inspire, and grow—by introducing our products, building deep client relationships, and supporting design projects with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Service and grow a client base across towns and cities throughout Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island.
Call on architectural and design firms, dealers, and builders to promote and educate about our tile products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads within the territory.
Conduct product knowledge sessions, showcasing new collections and services.
Create and execute a territory growth strategy.
Maintain regular communication with the internal team and provide market feedback.

Enjoys working independently and spending time on the road.
Can balance creativity and relationship-building with the drive to hit sales targets.
Ideal Experience and Attributes:

3+ years of experience working with the design and architectural community (tile/stone industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and territory management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive.
Comfortable lifting 30–60 lbs of samples as needed.
Based in the Vancouver Island area—ideally Victoria, BC.
Valid BC driver’s license.
Must be a Canadian citizen.
