Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary team. Duties

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival and departure
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for clients and patients
Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation accurately
Support laboratory tasks as needed, utilizing laboratory experience to assist with sample processing and data entry
Manage inventory of office supplies and veterinary products
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Experience

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is preferred
Laboratory experience is highly desirable to assist with sample handling and processing
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in animal care and client service

Pay: $17.85-$22.76 per hour
