Cares about consistency, systems, and doing things the right way

This is for someone who gets excited about creating structure and grow with the business when moving toward expansion and franchising.

How a day looks like?

Working morning and evenings shifts as needed by the business
Taking orders, upkeeping the dining room cleanliness
Making naans and doing prep
Respecting co-workers and customers; working as a team.
