We are a busy and growing marine service shop specializing in outboard, inboard, and sterndrive repair and maintenance. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong customer service, and a supportive team environment where technicians can grow their careers.
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Marine Mechanic / Technician to join our team. This position is open to both experienced marine mechanics and mechanically inclined applicants who want to build a career in the marine industry.

Responsibilities
This role includes a mix of learning, assisting, and performing mechanical work depending on your experience level.
Typical duties include:
Assist with diagnosing and repairing marine engines and boat systems
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, inspections, and winterization
Help senior technicians with more complex repairs and rebuilds
Learn to troubleshoot fuel, cooling, steering, and electrical systems
Install marine accessories and assist with basic rigging tasks
Keep the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Accurately document work performed and communicate with the team
Experience & Qualifications
We welcome applicants at different stages of their mechanical career — from junior technicians to experienced marine mechanics.
You may be a great fit if you:
Have hands-on mechanical experience in marine, automotive, powersports, heavy equipment, small engines, or similar trades
Enjoy diagnosing problems and working with your hands
Are mechanically inclined and eager to learn marine systems
Take pride in doing quality work and solving problems
Are reliable, safety-minded, and work well on a team
Ideal but not required:
1–2+ years of mechanical or technician experience
Marine service training, apprenticeship, or certifications
Experience with outboards, sterndrives, or inboards
Electrical troubleshooting experience
We’re happy to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude and a great attitude.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturdays during peak boating season
