Woman's Apparel Showroom Sales Assistant

We are known for our flattering cuts, effortlessly chic designs, and modern bohemian style. located in the Arts District in DTLA. What makes our space unique is that our retail store is directly in front of our Head Office, creating an open environment for Design, Production, and Marketing to function alongside the retail team.

Job duties
• Greeting customers, as they arrive at the showroom and inquire into their purpose of visit.
• Create and maintain product line sheets via PowerPoint and Excel
• Provide invoices and images for orders placed online, in showroom or via phone
• Assist with directing general phone calls to the correct person or department
• Assist in placement of product samples per merchandising layout, pulling of samples when sold out and/ or when needed to be sent to customers
• Provide support to sales via showroom visits, email, phone, researching and prospecting new accounts

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of related work experience working in Related sales assistant job
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate competing requests from different business partners and resolve in partnership with Sr management
• Strong excel skills preferred in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Adobe Bridge & Photoshop a plus
• Fashion experience a plus
• Organized and detail oriented
• Friendly and inspirational team player with a great attitude and positive mindset and are apt to saying “yes” or “we’ll try”
• Bilingual preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
