Sales Representative/ Data Entry – We are Hiring!

We are Salt & Pepper Clothing INC, a women’s wholesale fashion company located in Vernon, CA and we are looking for a sales representative to help with online sales platforms, customer service, and sales organization.

Role

· Online Sales Platforms: uploading new product, processing/fulfilling orders, and providing customer care for any issues or concerns

· Customer Service: answering the phone for any inquiries on orders, returns processing, email follow-up

· Sales Organization: planning and organizing new ideas to develop more sales via online platforms, coming up with new marketing ideas

Desired Skills and Qualifications

- Someone with previous experience in the wholesale industry is a preferred but not required

· Team player – we need someone who works well with others

· Entry Level customer service experience

· Experience 1+ years in wholesale fashion (preferred)

· Fashiongo, LA Showroom, Faire – knowledge in uploading, processing orders and utilizing platform tools

· Basic computer knowledge – EXCEL, OUTLOOK, WORD, POWERPOINT

· Bilingual – not necessary but a plus! We have a lot of international customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour
