As a Field Membership Representative at Nielsen, you will be the face of our company, engaging with households to participate in Nielsen ratings. This role includes travel up to 50% of the time and requires you to leverage your unique skills to consistently meet in-person recruitment and installation targets across various areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle, which requires regular travel (up to 50%).
• Conduct in-person interviews to recruit statistically selected households.
• Collect and input household demographics and technical information.
• Collaborate with various departments for compliance with procedures.
• Achieve performance goals, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be ready for overnight stays for up to half of your working time.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in iOS, MS Windows, and Google applications.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Competency in reading and writing English.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to navigate diverse environments and interact with various people.
• Professionalism in varied home environments, including maintaining decorum in various conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse social situations effectively.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while recruiting from preselected residential addresses.
• Capable of navigating stairs, elevators, walkways, and assorted entrances into homes.
• Must be able to drive for up to 8 hours a day and stand for up to 6 hours daily.
• Ability to kneel for up to 2 hours and walk distances of 1/2 mile.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
