Transformation Coach

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Coach to help accelerate enterprise-wide transformation by embedding a proprietary framework grounded in agile principles across corporate, regional, and operational teams. This role partners closely with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve collaboration, and build scalable capabilities that increase speed, adaptability, and business impact.

The ideal candidate brings experience driving large-scale transformation and is comfortable working across business and technology functions. Familiarity with emerging technologies, including Generative AI, is highly valued as organizations continue advancing digital and operational agility.

This role may require occasional travel to regional or operational sites.

Responsibilities
• Apply and coach a transformation framework across business, technology, and operational teams
• Partner with leadership to evolve roadmaps, maturity models, and success metrics
• Coach executives, operational leaders, and delivery teams on adaptive, customer-centric ways of working
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives to improve alignment and collaboration
• Lead initiatives to evolve operating models, governance structures, and decision-making practices
• Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable transformation capability
• Support AI enablement by guiding teams on responsible and effective use of Generative AI in workflows, decision-making, and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6–10 years of experience leading organizational transformation or large-scale change initiatives
• Experience coaching senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agile, lean, and systems-thinking principles
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across business and technology environments
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and practical business applications

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments across diverse cultures
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills tailored to executive audiences
• Ability to translate transformation frameworks into practical, scalable solutions
• Professional coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SPC, or equivalent)
• Multilingual proficiency

Rate:$60-67/HR
