Your Role

As a Team Driver, you will pair up with a co-driver to cover long distances over-the-road (OTR). This position offers you the chance to earn more with steady freight and a schedule that maximizes your road time. Together, you will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety as your top priority.

Your Responsibilities
• Drive late-model Freightliner Trucks, transporting 53' dry van freight nationwide.
• Share driving duties with your co-driver, adhering to safe delivery schedules.
• Conduct thorough pre-and post-trip inspections and keep accurate ELD logs.
• Maintain proactive communication with dispatch regarding load status and any equipment issues.
• Uphold the safety and professionalism standards set by Rocket Turtle Trucking.

Compensation and Earnings
• Earn between $0.75 - $0.80 per mile for team setups.
• Alternatively, earn 30% - 33% of gross revenue as a team.
• Weekly gross earnings between $14,000 - $16,000+ for the team.
• Enjoy weekly direct deposits every Friday.

Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL required for both drivers.
• A minimum of 1 year OTR experience is necessary.
• You must possess a strong safety record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be reliable, self-sufficient, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
