About the Role

Our Forepersons play a key role in guiding crews, supporting project success, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. If you enjoy leading others and staying organized on fast‑moving projects, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

Proven Foreperson experience
Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
Ability to plan, organize, and manage workflow
Ability to lead a small crew
Retrofit and construction experience (asset)
Strong knowledge of plumbing code and building practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Professional communication and customer‑service skills
Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and standby shifts
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
