Comforts of Home - Care is looking for a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our Team!

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication, we’d love to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating appointments, supporting a team, and keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

Manage and update staff or client schedules
Coordinate appointments and bookings
Communicate schedule changes clearly and efficiently
Help keep daily operations organized
What we’re looking for:

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Comfortable using scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
Reliable and detail-focused
Monday - Friday 1 pm -5 pm
