Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented In-House Dental Lab Technician to join our growing dental team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and enjoys working closely with both dentists and patients.
This role will function as a solo in-house lab technician, supporting approximately 8–10 DDS providers while managing crown and bridge workflows from scan to final restoration. The ideal candidate is confident with digital dentistry, comfortable with chairside patient interactions, and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Position Details
Position: Full-Time In-House Dental Lab Technician
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
Salary negotiable based on experience
Benefits: Extended health and dental benefits available
Responsibilities
Manage daily lab cases for a busy 20 operatory multi-doctor practice
Scan cases and digitally design crowns and bridges using Exocad
Perform custom staining and finishing of restorations
Take shades and support esthetic case planning
Participate in chairside appointments as needed
Collaborate with dentists on treatment planning and restorative outcomes
Ensure cases are completed accurately and within deadlines
Maintain organized workflows and quality control standards
Support a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Experience as a Dental Lab Technician in a clinical or laboratory setting
Proficiency with Exocad software required
Strong understanding of crown and bridge workflows
Experience with digital scanning and CAD/CAM processes
Ability to take shades and complete custom staining
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
