Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Superintendent at Burnside Infrastructure. The Civil Superintendent will oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage personnel, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in construction management and supervision
• Deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not required
• Experience with GPS Trimble/Topcon
• Ability to Forsee issues, delays, or hinderances before they happen
• Have a strong motor
• Ability to schedule and forecast
• Mechanical knowledge with equipment

Must be okay with travel. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary. Must have a strong motor and be willing to work for the guy next to them. The ideal candidate will be someone who can be proud of the work they perform.
