Restaurant Server (Full-Time Seasonal) - Villa Eyrie Resort

The Villa Eyrie Resort, part of the GAIN Group of Companies, offers a luxury hospitality experience perched atop the stunning Malahat, featuring breathtaking ocean and mountain views, upscale dining, and exceptional guest service.

We are currently seeking a polished and guest-focused Formal Restaurant Server to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an upscale dining environment and is passionate about delivering attentive, personalized service with professionalism and warmth.

What We’re Looking For:

Current Serving It Right certificate
Formal service experience, plus at least two other service styles
Strong sales and upselling skills
Flexibility to work any shift, including statutory holidays, weekends, and on-call as required
Bartending knowledge
Personable, friendly, and positive attitude
Valid BC driver’s license
Your Role:

Prepare the restaurant for service
Learn all menu and beverage details thoroughly
Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive image with guests and colleagues
Ensure restaurant cleanliness and proper equipment functioning daily
Facilitate smooth order flow, timely deliveries, and keep guests informed of any delays
Maintain compliance with government regulations, including COVID protocols
