Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate billing.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Comply with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Skills

Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Strong mathematical skills for managing transactions and calculating drink recipes.
Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards in the bar area.
Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent bartending skills with a creative flair for crafting unique cocktails.
Outstanding customer service abilities, demonstrating hospitality and attentiveness to guest needs.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
