Job Summary

Duties

Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide expert advice on styles and products.
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with current styles.
Experience

Proven experience in hair styling is preferred, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
Background in retail sales is advantageous, demonstrating an ability to effectively promote products and services.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
Familiarity with sanitation practices in a salon environment is essential.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques are key attributes for success in this role.
