About Us
At New Zealand Couriers, we’ve been passionate about delivering for our customers for over 60 years — safely, efficiently, and with care. Our team plays a crucial role in keeping Aotearoa connected, and we’re looking for an experienced Company Driver to join our Hamilton branch on a fixed term full time agreement for 4 months while we undertake recruitment for a vacant courier run.

About the Role
We are looking for a positive, service-minded person to join our courier delivery team for the Glenview | Bader | Te Awamutu area. As a Company Driver, you’ll be out on the road and delivering outstanding customer service each day. An immediate start is available to the right candidate, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities
Driving a company van safely to ensure efficient collection and delivery of freight
Provide operational support, including sorting and processing freight at our depot
Adherence to company health and safety policies and procedures
Delivering outstanding service to our customers and clients

The ideal applicant will:
Have a clean, full driver’s license with the ability to drive any type of van – automatic and manual
Have confident communication skills
Demonstrate sound geographic knowledge of the Glenview | Bader | Te Awamutu areas
Previous freight experience is advantageous
Customer centric approach
Be a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced delivery runs
Be physically fit – some heavy & repetitive lifting required (up to 25kg)
Have a can-do attitude – ready to help out wherever needed
