Production Worker

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Worker. The successful candidate will assist in the production of precast concrete products. You will work a dayshift schedule Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with overtime offered as needed to meet business demand. On-the-job training is provided in a friendly, team minded environment.

Your day at Barkman may include:

General heavy labour work in a precast concrete facility.
Assembly, preparation and dismantling of concrete forms.
Mixing, pouring, and spreading of concrete materials.
Using various hand tools such as saws and pneumatic tools.
Focus on maintaining quality workmanship.
Physical activities include walking, standing, kneeling, bending, lifting (up to 50lbs), reaching, using arms/hands to operate equipment.
Required to wear a hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection at all times and a respirator (which requires an employee to be clean-shaven) when needed for specific jobs.
Following Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
