We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Trade Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our Invercargill Trade Centre. This is a full-time opportunity, working Tuesdays to Sunday.
If you bring energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming customers and confidently identifying their needs
Providing solutions from our extensive range of products and services
Delivering outstanding customer service – every customer, every time
Working closely with internal support teams to ensure orders are accurate and on time
Helping maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Keeping shelves stocked and organised with correct stock rotation
About you:
You bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Retail or sales experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you
Sales-focused and motivated to achieve results
Friendly, approachable and a strong team player
A natural problem solver who enjoys helping customers find the right solution
Passionate about customer service and takes pride in their work
