Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary

We are hiring a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for salon and spa equipment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations. if you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

Perform daily warehouse tasks: receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control
Load and unload containers; coordinate helpers when needed
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
Prepare shipments and print shipping labels (local & international)
Maintain accurate inventory
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Team Support

Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist with warehouse and service tasks during busy periods
Requirements

1-2 years experience in warehouse
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

Experience in salon, spa, or aesthetic equipment
Forklift certification
Field service or after-sales support experience
