Concrete Coatings Labourer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform manual labor such as pressure washing, back rolling, grinding, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Experience: Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred

Required Skills:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in concrete coatings, concrete grinding and sealing or related field
- Knowledge of construction safety practices

This is a part-time/full-time position with job sites located all over central Vancouver Island. Must have own transportation and have Class 5 drivers license.

Could lead to a Lead Hand position with training and experience for the right candidate with a good attitude and great work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
