Minimum start rate of $19 per hour
Full-Time production work week of 4 x 10 hour shifts, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Lots of long weekends! Overtime is available some Fridays - it is not mandatory however much appreciated in times of need.
Benefit premiums are 100% paid by Innotech on your behalf, following successful completion of a 3 month probation period. Benefits include extended health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, virtual health care and an Employee & Family Assistance Program

What are we looking for in return?

Experience in a production/manufacturing environment (preferred)
Ability to safely use hand tools
A great attitude, strong work ethic and high quality standard
A passion for continuous improvement
Quick learner

Good hand-eye coordination
Sharp eye and attention to detail
Good verbal communication skills in English
Physically fit to lift 50 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various hand and power tools to assemble products efficiently.
Utilize manufacturing knowledge to work in different sections in production.
Follow safety protocols while operating tools and other equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Perform quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
