Are you a friendly, organized, and energetic professional who loves cars and people? Meraki Mechanical is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you are essential to creating a top-tier customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Be the First Impression: Warmly greet customers while managing a busy office.
Support Sales & Service: Assist our service team with scheduling appointments, administrative tasks, and welcoming guests.
Manage Information: Update customer information, manage incoming mail, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Create Smiles: Ensure every customer feels valued and comfortable while in our shop.
What You Bring:

Experience: 1–2+ years in customer service, retail, or a reception role (automotive experience is a plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a welcoming phone demeanor.
Tech Savvy: Experience in Nexpart, Prolink, Outlook, ShopMonkey preferred.
Organization: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $20.50+ per hour (based on experience)
