Production Operator/ Delivery worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily production operations, handling materials, and ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with equipment such as forklifts are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in industrial operations and contribute to the successful delivery of quality products.

Responsibilities

Operate and assist with various production equipment, including forklifts when trained and certified
Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the warehouse or production area
Perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently to support manufacturing processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
Assist with loading and unloading shipments using appropriate tools and techniques
Communicate effectively with team members regarding production schedules and safety protocols
Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies as needed
Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns immediately
Experience

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with moving heavy loads and operating equipment such as forklifts is advantageous
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
Customer service experience is beneficial for roles involving interaction with clients or delivery coordination
Experience in commercial driving or operating trucks is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred for roles involving commercial driving or transportation duties
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
