We are looking for motivated and alert individuals to join our team as Live Monitoring Operators.

As a Monitoring Operator, you will be responsible for watching live CCTV streams from multiple client sites and taking immediate action when suspicious activity is detected. This is not a passive security role — it requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV camera feeds from construction sites and commercial properties
Detect suspicious activity and take immediate action
Use remote deterrence tools such as:
Activating sirens
Using 2-way audio to speak to individuals on site
Issuing real-time warnings
Contact police or emergency services when required
Create detailed and accurate incident reports
Communicate with team members and supervisors during active incidents
Stay alert and focused during long monitoring periods
Follow company monitoring protocols and procedures
Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay focused for extended periods
Good communication and clear speaking skills
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Advanced at computer skills
Must be reliable and punctual
Previous security or CCTV monitoring experience is an asset (not required – training will be provided)
