Housekeeping Room Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment that ensures guest satisfaction and upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Experience in hotel, custodial, or industrial cleaning is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established protocols
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows as needed
Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans upon request
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members
Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques for both residential and industrial settings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring guest comfort
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
Pay: $17.49 per hour
