Billing, Safety & Dispatch Assistant

Mile Hub Transport Ltd. is a fast-growing trucking company operating across Canada and the USA. We’re looking for a reliable and organized person to join our team to help with billing, invoicing, safety compliance, and basic dispatch tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and send invoices and load confirmations
Enter loads daily into dispatch software
Assist with driver paperwork and load tracking
Maintain safety files and ensure compliance records are up to date
Communicate with drivers and brokers when required
Support dispatch team with scheduling and coordination
Qualifications:

Experience in trucking/logistics preferred but not required
Basic understanding of billing and invoicing
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, Dispatch Software)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a small team environment
Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Full-time, day shift)
On-site in Langley, BC
Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
