Duties:
Clerk 3 Administrative Stream duties will vary depending on the position. Duties may include:

Assessing, processing and completing applications;
Preparing statistical data or performing specialized tasks which requires independent research and compilation;
Preparing, checking and completing payrolls;
Data entry;
Maintaining physical and electronic records.

Duties will include providing other clerical/administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
Essential:

Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment, such as data entry, preparing specialized or highly complex documents and processing detailed documentation and manual and electronic file maintenance.
Experience interpreting and applying policies and/or procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage deadlines.
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments and a variety of partners.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software applications.
Effective written communication skills with experience drafting and editing correspondence or other communications.
Effective verbal communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with internal and external partners.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired:
Experience working with the public in front-line customer service-oriented environment. (e.g. serving the public in person)
Experience working with SAP or an equivalent software.
