We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our Hyundai dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve team productivity.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to optimize dealership operations.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
Stay up-to-date with Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and a passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
