Operations Manager – iHandyman (Moncton Market Expansion)

About iHandyman:
iHandyman is a growing home services brand specializing in reliable, high-quality handyman and renovation work. We’re expanding into new markets and looking for a hands-on, business-savvy Operations Manager to lead our local operations and help build the brand in your community.

The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a local iHandyman branch. You’ll be responsible for managing operations, driving growth, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. From quoting and scheduling to team leadership and customer satisfaction—you’ll be at the center of it all.
Your mission: Lead iHandyman’s expansion into your location, with the potential to become a local owner/operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and manage iHandyman operations in your local area
Perform on-site assessments and prepare accurate job quotes
Convert quotes into scheduled jobs and manage project timelines
Source and procure materials needed for each job
Ensure laborers are fully equipped and briefed before each project
Oversee quality control and customer satisfaction
Lead and grow a team of skilled tradespeople
Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies
Manage invoicing and collections
Coordinate with the corporate team to align local goals with national strategy
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in marketing, sales, and team leadership
Background in home renovations, construction, or handyman services
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable quoting jobs and managing budgets
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business
Must have a reliable truck and basic tools to support job site visits and operational needs
