Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries
Process transactions accurately the POS system, cash handling and cashiering duties
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for technology-related products
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries over the phone
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store
Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Time management skills to prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with merchandising techniques and product displays is a plus
A willingness to learn about technology products and provide informed recommendations
