AAA Enterprise Solutions Inc is seeking a Sales Executive in education sector. This role is focused on building meaningful, long-term relationships with local community and First Nations communities in and around Fredericton, NB.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a relationship-first position centered on trust, communication, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with local First Nations communities and leaders

* Act as a bridge between communities and College

* Share information about educational programs, career pathways, and training opportunities

* Attend community events, meetings, and gatherings to represent the college

* Identify community needs and align them with relevant programs and support services

* Support prospective students through the inquiry and enrollment process

* Provide ongoing feedback to improve outreach strategies and community engagement

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

* Experience working with Indigenous communities is highly preferred

* Cultural awareness, respect, and a genuine commitment to community engagement

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

* Willingness to travel locally within the Fredericton region
