Agilus is recruiting for a Class 3 Driver in the Waste Management Industry in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
On behalf of our client, we’re currently hiring a Class 3 Rear-Load Driver for a well-established waste and recycling operation. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with physical work and enjoys working outdoors. You’ll be responsible for operating a rear-load collection truck while assisting with manual collection as needed. This is a steady, hands-on role with consistent hours.
We offer:
$24.00 hourly
4-day early morning work week, off on Wednesdays
Weekly Payroll
Opportunity for long term employment

Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials manually as required
Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any issues
Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
Work closely with helpers and the operations team to complete routes on time
Operate a Class 3 rear-load truck safely and efficiently
Perform residential and/or commercial waste collection routes

Requirements:
Valid Class 3 driver’s licence (air brakes a strong asset)
Previous rear-load or waste collection experience considered a strong asset
Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, pulling, repetitive tasks)
Strong focus on safety and reliability
Good attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must have a clean criminal record
Must have a clean driver’s abstract
CSA-approved safety boots and a hi-vis safety vest are required
