Are you obsessed with a perfect glass of Sangiovese? Do you dream of the ultimate Prosciutto di Parma? If you’re energetic, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the world of Italian excellence, we want to meet you!
DeVINO is the most iconic Enoteca in the region—a hybrid wine store and bar where retail meets hospitality. We are looking for casual and part-time legends to join our young, high-energy team in Phillip.
What’s the Vibe?
We aren't just "selling bottles." We are curators of experience. Our focus is on education and service—helping our customers discover their new favorite Italian vintage or the perfect pairing for their weekend dinner.
The Role
This is a versatile role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:
The Wine Guide: Handling retail sales and till operations with a smile.
The Artist: Crafting authentic Italian panini and assembling stunning charcuterie boards.
The Student: Constantly learning about our rotating selection of Italian wines and gourmet products.
The Host: Ensuring every guest feels the warmth of a true Italian Enoteca.
Position Details
Part-time role, 20–30 hours per week.
Weekend shifts required on a rotating roster shared with other team members.
Who are you?
Curious & Driven: You don't need to be a Master Sommelier yet, but you must have a genuine hunger to learn about wine and Italian culture.
Multi-talented: Comfortable switching between high-paced retail sales and light food prep.
Energetic: You thrive in a social, busy environment and love talking to people.
Reliable: You have valid working rights in Australia and are ready to get stuck in.
Remuneration: Based on previous experience
