Job Vacancy: Manager cum Estimator

Fyshvick Body Works is a premier automotive panel shop dedicated to high-quality smash repairs and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager cum Estimator to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations. The Role -This dual-responsibility role requires a leader who can manage a workshop team while providing accurate damage assessments. You will be the primary link between our customers, insurance companies, and technicians.Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Quoting: Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates for customers and insurance claims.
Workshop Management: Oversee workflow, guide panel beaters and spray painters, and ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
Stakeholder Liaison: Negotiate repair costs with insurance adjusters and provide professional updates to customers.
Qualifications & Skills

Software Mastery: Mandatory proficiency in iBodyshop, Audanet, and EstImage. You must be an expert in using these platforms to process insurance claims and manage workshop data.
Experience: Proven experience in a panel shop environment, ideally with a background as a qualified panel beater or auto technician.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle structures, repair techniques, and paint processes.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle insurance company requirements.
Remuneration

Salary: A competitive salary package ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 per year plus Super Annuation (dependent on experience).
