Carpenter

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled carpenter to join our growing residential construction team. You’ll be working across a range of projects including framing, cladding, decking, pergolas, and general carpentry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of residential carpentry
Wall framing, roof framing, and structural work
Installation of doors, windows, and cladding systems
Decking, fencing, pergolas, and general outdoor structures
Reading and interpreting plans
Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
Working to deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship
Requirements (Experience & Skills):

Minimum 3 years’ carpentry experience
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of residential construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Own tools and reliable transport
White Card (Construction Induction)
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to work unsupervised when required
Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with cladding systems (e.g., Axon, Hebel)
Experience in renovations and extensions
Driver’s licence and own ute/trailer
Basic understanding of site set-out
