Due to strong project demand, we’re seeking qualified plumbers to join our growing team. You’ll work across a range of commercial projects in a professional, well‑supported environment with steady work and long‑term stability.

Benmax operates under a registered Enterprise Agreement, offering competitive rates, monthly RDOs, annual leave loading, plus all uniforms and PPE provided.

You can expect to:
Complete plumbing works in line with schedules, specifications, drawings and quality requirements, while maintaining a safe work environment
Communicate professionally with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and other project stakeholders
Provide accurate updates and relevant information for the Daily Site Diary
Complete required records, documentation and reports in a timely manner
Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to keep works running to program
Use, care for and maintain tools and equipment correctly
Immediately report unsafe conditions or potential environmental risks to the Supervisor
Report all accidents, incidents and near misses in accordance with company procedures
Support apprentices and new team members by promoting safe work practices and hazard awareness
What you’ll bring:
Certificate III in Plumbing
Minimum 5 years’ experience and licenses as a Journeyman Plumber
General Construction Induction Card (White Card), Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness
Must have permanent working rights in Australia
