Job Description

Registered Nurse & Endorsed Nurse - Innovative Mental Health Clinics

Locations: Fyshwick, Canberra

6 - 12 hours per week

About GoodMind

At GoodMind, we’re transforming mental health care through innovative, evidence-based treatments in psychedelic-assisted therapy. You’ll be joining a group of genuinely kind, caring people who support each other and our patients, creating a workplace where warmth and empathy are core to the work that we do.

We believe in a future where people who’ve struggled to find relief finally feel better, and we’re building the clinic network to make that happen. Each patient journey is deeply personal and often life-changing. We often meet people at a moment of vulnerability, and our duty as a team is to guide them with care, compassion, and clarity.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in our innovative treatment clinics. Responsibilities include:

Pre-treatment checks (vitals, patient readiness, consent confirmation)
In-treatment monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, mental state)
Managing side effects (e.g. dissociation, nausea, dizziness)
Patient support (reassurance, therapeutic presence during sessions)
Documentation & reporting (treatment records, observations, escalation if needed)
Collaboration (working with psychiatrists, clinic staff, pharmacists)
Safety protocols (emergency preparedness, incident reporting)
