The Role
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
● Wound care and management
● Triage management
● Vaccine administration, Post vaccination observations and monitoring
●Chronic Disease management
● Performing Health Assessments
● Recalls and Reminders
● Assisting GP with minor procedures
● Patient education, support and building links to the community
● Stock maintenance and ordering

Required Knowledge and Experience:
● The successful applicant will have:
● Current AHPRA Registration
● Experience working in a General Practice and/or primary health setting not essential but desirable
● Experience with Best Practice not essential but desirable
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● The ability to manage reminder and recall systems effectively
● Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments not essential but desirable
● The ability to perform all general practice nurse duties, such as immunisations, procedure assistance, wound dressing, stock ordering, etc
● Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with the skills to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
● Ability to manage within a workplace setting with fluctuating levels of demand.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year

CPR Certification (Preferred)
