Support our internal recruitment function and help deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience.
Use digital tools and modern recruitment channels to improve capability and support team growth.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and applicants—our people are the foundation of our business.
Participate in a collaborative team environment focused on building the Access and Total Care brands while continually improving processes
Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga | Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years’ work experience (any industry), with transferable skills in customer service, administration, coordination, or stakeholder support.
A strong work ethic and solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
A positive mindset and a collaborative, team-first style.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools to support recruitment and reporting.
A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, with cultural awareness and an inclusive approach.
