Experienced Residential Cleaner — Contractor Partnership

The Cleaning Giants is a premium residential cleaning service operating across Canberra.

We're a locally run business built to pair exceptional cleaners with great clients, remove every business headache in between, and let everyone do what they do best.

We're currently looking for a small number of experienced cleaning professionals to join us as ongoing contractor partners.

This partnership is ideal for those already working in cleaning — whether employed by a company or running your own clients — and you want more volume, more reliability, and less time spent on the parts of the job that aren't actually cleaning.

We handle:

A consistent, recurring schedule of Canberra clients
All booking, scheduling, and rescheduling
Every client enquiry and communication
Invoicing and payment
All marketing and lead generation
You bring:

Your experience and your 5-star standards
Your own vehicle and professional equipment
Flexibility across your chosen Canberra suburbs
You choose the days and areas that work for you. We fill the schedule. You clean, and you get paid — regularly and reliably.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're selective. We maintain a genuine 5-star standard for our clients and we need partners who already operate at that level — not people we need to train from scratch.

To be considered you will need:

✔ Minimum 1 year of paid professional residential cleaning experience

✔ Your own reliable, registered vehicle

✔ Your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies — quality vacuum, mop, caddy, and professional-grade products (not household basics)

✔ A current ABN

✔ Public liability insurance — or actively in the process of obtaining it

✔ Australian permanent residency or citizenship

✔ A smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication

✔ Availability across Canberra — inner south, inner north, Belconnen, Woden, or surrounds

Hours: Flexible — you nominate your availability, we schedule within it
Location: Canberra suburbs — you choose your preferred zones
Start date: Immediate for the right candidate
