Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present quarterly financial statements and myob monthly reports to stakeholders.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Forecast cash flows and manage financial planning models
Monitor budget performance throughout the year, highlighting risks and advising on corrective actions.
Assist with year-end accounts, audits, and statutory reporting.
Work collaboratively with academic, administrative, and operations teams.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
A Masters degree in Accounting or a related field.
2 Year Experience in a similar role within an educational institution is highly desirable.
Understanding of RTO/CRICOS compliance requirements.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Myob ,XERO)
Familiarity with student management systems (SMS)
Attributes:
A proactive and positive attitude.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
