About the role

As our Head of Experience, you’ll be the driving force behind guest experience excellence across the Star network - setting the bar and then raising it. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level to shape our guest experience, deliver standout guest experiences, support your people and support our bold growth ambitions.

Setting the vision and standards for guest engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty.
Overall responsibility and accountability of experience metrics and labour costs across the group, ensuring costs are appropriate whilst not comprising experience.
Leading the development and rollout of activations, and entertainment offerings, tailored to diverse audiences and evolving market trends.
Strengthen leadership cohesion as a key member of the Senior Operations Team
Champion health, safety, compliance, and licensing across all venues.
