Casual Retail Assistant (Customer Service & Admin) – Just Spas Launceston

Just Spas Launceston is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join our team!

We’re offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.

About the RoleThis is a customer-focused position where you’ll be the face of our showroom. You’ll assist customers in finding the right spa or wellness product, while delivering a high-quality in-store experience.This role also includes a range of administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation.Key responsibilities include:

Assisting showroom customers and providing product guidance
Processing sales and handling transactions using POS systems
Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
General administrative tasks including data entry, quoting, and order processing
Maintaining showroom presentation and supporting daily operations

Availability Requirements

Flexible across weekdays
Available on some Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm) – essential
Able to work midday to afternoon shifts, including store closing

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $45.57 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
