Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As a Concierge at SkyCity, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by acting as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact. You will assist visitors with reservations, event information, directions, and personalised recommendations, ensuring every interaction reflects SkyCity’s premium hospitality standards. With a focus on service excellence, concierges anticipate guest needs, resolve queries efficiently, and help create memorable, seamless experiences across the property.
Mōu | About You

Your excellent communication skills, genuine passion for the hotel industry and people will be vital and previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment. This is your chance to step up in your career as a Concierge and make your mark at one of New Zealand's most popular hotels.
