About the Role:

As a 4WD Accessory Fitter at ARB, you’ll play a key role in transforming vehicles into off-road ready builds, delivering high-quality installation of our premium accessories. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Accessory Fitter with a strong background in mechanical, auto electrical or panel beating work, who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can confidently work across a range of vehicles in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Transform Vehicles: Professional Fit ARB accessories, delivering high-quality results.
Safety First: Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.
Collaborate: Work effectively within a team, supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive, productive workplace.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure workshop quality standards are upheld while keeping tools and equipment in top condition

Key Requirements:

Relevant Experience: Must have previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role, with a strong understanding of vehicle system.
Safety Focused: Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
